She was flown to hospital in a critical condition.
The woman had been riding a tractor, which had the slasher attached, when she was thrown from the vehicle in a crash.
The slasher has then run over her.
She was alone on the property at the time but was able to call emergency services for help despite her “life-threatening” injuries, Queensland Ambulance Service spokesperson Stephen Johns said.
“She received significant multiple trauma to her limbs but was conscious and able to talk to paramedics, who were able to stabilise the lady,” he told 7NEWS.
“I’ve never seen or heard of anything like this. It’s just a miracle she had enough sense to be able to get onto that phone really quickly and get that help to her.
“Otherwise it would be an absolute tragedy here today.”
Doctors and a nurse from the local hospital helped paramedics treat the woman at the scene, before she was flown to Brisbane’s Princess Alexandra Hospital.
A forensic crash investigation has been launched by Queensland police.
